Tracasa Instrumental is a company owned by the Government of Navarre, founded in 2016, with the aim of promoting the development of technology and innovation in the region. With a turnover of more than 10 million euros and a staff of more than 500 highly qualified workers, Tracasa Instrumental contributes significantly to the modernisation of Navarrese society.

It provides services based on the use of information and telecommunications technologies and the production and management of territorial information. Our main fields of action are: Solutions for the Modernisation of the Administration, Geographic Information Systems, Cartographic and Territorial Management Services, Debt Management Service and Information Services (call centre) and Data Processing.

Corporate Innovation hub

Tracasa Instrumental commitment to innovation is part of its DNA and is reflected in countless commitments and actions. The creation of an Innovation Hub as a multidisciplinary group of people where the company’s know-how is represented and where enriching synergies are produced between teams and projects, has greatly reduced the “time to market” and is providing our projects with a technological development that places them at the forefront of the market.

Tracasa Instrumental is working closely with the Artificial Intelligence and Approximate Reasoning (GIARA) team of the Public University of Navarra, including in the own team recognised experts in artificial intelligence and data science, which is highly specialised in topics such as mathematical and statistical models of clustering, outlier detection, classification, segmentation, change detection, time series, point clouds, multispectral and radar imaging, computing.
