RISE-ASD

RISE-ASD aims to enhance skills development in the Iberian Peninsula for the Aerospace and Defence sector by involving all partners of this sector.

QSR Consulting as the coordinator has joined forces with the Portuguese (AED), Andalucian (Andalucia Aerospace), Aragonian (AERA) and Basque (HEGAN) Aerospace Clusters to create an approach to the Iberian skills shortages.

This RSP aims to help reach the objectives established by other LSPs, namely ASD and Space4Geo, helping reach the objective of 6% of workers in the ASD sector being upskilled and workers of other sectors being reskilled to this sector.
