AEROFUSE (An Alliance for the Future of the AEROnautics and Upstream Segment Skills Evolution) is a four-year Erasmus+ project focused on strengthening and future-proofing skills in the European aerospace and defence ecosystems.

By building strong links between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, industry, clusters, and policy actors, AEROFUSE aims to ensure that skills development is aligned with real labour market needs.
